PACA_ Proyectos Artisticos Casa Antonino nace como artist run space, gestionado por Virginia Lopez, en una vieja \u201ccaser\u00eda\u201d de la zona rural de Gij\u00f3n (Espa\u00f1a). Casa Antonino (con su casa, panera, llagar, terreno de cultivo y pomarada) es el verdadero coraz\u00f3n del proyecto, manteniendo as\u00ed una dimensi\u00f3n dom\u00e9stica y familiar. Es un proyecto centrado en el arte contempor\u00e1neo, las pr\u00e1cticas ambientales y la educaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica con programas de residencias art\u00edsticas internacionales. Los objetivos de PACA  son favorecer una cierta sensibilidad en torno al paisaje dentro de las artes contempor\u00e1neas, crear redes de colaboraci\u00f3n entre entes locales, instituciones nacionales e internacionales, universidades, asociaciones\u2026y a trav\u00e9s de proyectos art\u00edsticos  inter-disciplinares, favorecer el di\u00e1logo entre la comunidad art\u00edstica y otros miembros de la sociedad. Como hilo conductor de las diferentes residencias organizadas por PACA est\u00e1 la activaci\u00f3n de experiencias art\u00edsticas que favorezcan la relaci\u00f3n con la comunidad, el territorio y su historia, de manera que la pr\u00e1ctica, investigaci\u00f3n y experimentaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica , adem\u00e1s de tener una valencia est\u00e9tica y po\u00e9tica, generen nuevas v\u00edas de interpretaci\u00f3n y de conocimiento del territorio en el que operan, a trav\u00e9s de valores culturales, ambientales y sociales.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

PACA_ Proyectos Artisticos Casa Antonino was established as an artist run space, managed by Virginia Lopez, in an old country farmhouse in the rural area of Gij\u00f3n, Spain. Casa Antonino is the true heart of the project, which uses it to maintain a domestic and familial dimension. PACA_ is a project focussed on contemporary art, environmental practices and artistic education, with international artist residency programmes. The objectives of PACA_Proyectos Artisticos Casa Antonino are to promote environmental and ecological practices and sensibilities in contemporary art; to carry out activities related to training, profusion, distribution and education; to create collaborative networks between local bodies, national and international institutions, universities, cultural foundations and institutions through interdisciplinary projects; to enhance local cultural organisations, fostering a dialogue between artistic communities and other members of society. The basis and common thread running through the diverse artist residencies organised at PACA is the activation of artistic experiences that promote relations with the local community, the region and its history. Site specific\/site oriented interventions are planned for the various spaces of the farmhouse and its surroundings, so that the artistic practice, research and experimentation not only has a poetic and aesthetic value, but can also generate new ways of interpreting the territory with which it dialogues, through cultural, social and environmental values.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n
