The work addresses the influence of nuclear power plants on the Ebro river in Spain, their environmental impact, the consequences on the trophic chain and on our food and health. It ends with a reflection on possible solutions and alternatives to the use of the nuclear energy. A reflection on how all activities derived from nuclear power plants end up impacting our food, the water we drink and we irrigate our crops with. The cartography of the Ebro, embroidered in red thread, alludes to the great organism represented by this river basin. <\/span><\/td>\n\u201cMen\u00fa Nuclear\u201d contextualiza la repercusi\u00f3n de las centrales nucleares sobre el agua del Ebro, el impacto medioambiental que supone, la repercusi\u00f3n en la cadena tr\u00f3fica, en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n y salud, para acabar con una reflexi\u00f3n sobre las posibles soluciones y alternativas al uso de la energ\u00eda nuclear. Una reflexi\u00f3n sobre como todas las actividades derivadas de las centrales nucleares acaban repercutiendo en nuestra mesa, a trav\u00e9s del agua que bebemos y con la que regamos nuestros cultivos.
