\u201cNew lands\u201d<\/i> proposes a contained environment, a submerged landscape in which ten glass pieces -cryptically lighted from below and taking their shapes from fragments of polystyrene packaging- serve as an architectural habitat for one single inhabitant: an albino amphibian from Central Mexico who floats behind the glass, looking back at us with an unreadable stare. The sunken ruins evoke forgotten and unrealised architectural and scientific utopias of the 20th century, in order to create a liminal space where temporality becomes uncertain and a green mantle of nature grows between industrial remains.<\/td>\n\u201cNew lands\u201d<\/i> muestra un entorno aislado, un paisaje sumergido en el que diez piezas de vidrio -iluminadas desde abajo y moldeadas a partir de fragmentos de envases de poliestireno- sirven como h\u00e1bitat de un solo habitante: un anfibio albino del centro de M\u00e9xico que flota detr\u00e1s del vidrio, observ\u00e1ndonos con una mirada ilegible. Las ruinas hundidas evocan utop\u00edas cient\u00edficas olvidadas del siglo XX, con el fin de crear un espacio liminal donde la temporalidad se vuelve incierta, donde el manto verde de la naturaleza crece entre los restos industriales.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
